DECKED interview questions

It took approximately two weeks for the initial HR phone screening to take place after applying. The department head was quick to communicate after the initial screening. Plus, the department head asked good questions and offered genuine feedback related to my candidacy. They referred me to interview with their adjutant. Another good interview here. THe adjutant also asked good questions, yet they were as forthcoming regarding concerns or opinion of fit for the role. Also, the adjutant alluded to the next steps of interviewing with VP of sales. This step never occurred. In fact, I never heard back from the deparment, nor did I receive any response related to status of candidacy.
