Great process, 3 panellists including the line manager and other senior leaders - 4 behaviour 4 strength 1 presentation with a preset question on the specific subject area that required research rather then previous knowledge

Structured interview with a panel of 4 people over a video call. Competency questions followed by behavioural questions. Friendly atmosphere and welcoming people. Took around half an hour all in all and good comms afterwards.
