There three parts for the application process. The first part is an online assessment. The online assessment itself has four parts, personality, verbal (V), mathematical (M) and logical (L). The last three tests aren't hard actually but due to time limitation, you will quite stress out during the process. And there was a misunderstanding between me and the HR. The email stated that the personality test and VML tests could finish in a separate day. However, the HR asked me to finish all the assessment within the short period and i finished them without even go through the sample test they provided. The second round of the application process is on-demand video interview. Apparently, they will record your interview but you couldn't see the interviewer during the entire process which I think is quite hard to estimate your performance. The questions were quite standard but I think the interviewer doesn't give enough response and is harder when you can't even see them. I didn't make it to the third round of the application process.
