Interview
Pre Screening, aptitude tests and 2 interviews. Pre-Screening was extremely time consuming, general aptitude tests and interviews as expected. Would recommend the HR screening process to be halved, if not quartered,
HR screening call where I was sold the company for over 40 minutes and HR didn't seem to really understand my work experience and the focus was on trying to sell the company.
HR accused me of exaggerating my salary, to which I had not disclosed at any prior time. Overall a very poor experience with HR and interview process in general. From my experience, it seems like they are looking for very specific skill-sets and there is not much room to be trained at the mid-senior level.
