Our company has a tedious process because we want to make sure that we hire people that are going to care for our patients during this dark and stressful time in their lives. Being in treatment isn't easy to say the least, so having individuals around them with compassion and continuously encouraging them through this process will be key in a successful discharge for our patients.
Our staff is very diverse in regards to education and experience in the mental health field. Some people have little to no experience while others have years of experience in the mental health field. We are willing to add to our team individuals who want to grow, are coachable, and have the compassion for patients.
We are very transparent about ours experiences with patients. We specialize in crisis stabilization, so we like to let potential candidates know up front of the different situations they may be faced with. We'd like them to know up front rather than be hired and faced with a crisis situation thinking this may not be the career for them. We want to make sure that we prime candidates and take our choosing who can we add to our amazing team and help us deliver excellent customer service.
