The hiring process at Cytracom takes an average of 3 days when considering 1 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Technical Writer had the quickest hiring process (on average 3 days), whereas Technical Writer roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 3 days).
Initial call with the recruiter and then an additional three rounds felt like a lot, but they do try to get the right people. However, this led to lots of redundant questions.
Interview was straight forward. Recruiter screen with some standard HR questions, along with some basic technical questions. Might not have gotten the job due the position requiring to be full on site.

Question 1
How to troubleshoot an issue? Are you familiar with AWS, Azure, or Google cloud? Can you tell me more?
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Cytracom (McKinney, TX) in Feb 2024
Interview
I got several red flags from this company during the interview process but make it a rule of thumb to engage fully throughout any hiring process until a decision is made. Cytracom would go weeks without communication only to reach out with less than a days notice and ask you to meet. I had 3+ interviews over more than 4 months, including a two-hour in person panel interview. After all that, Cytracom did not even have the courtesy to inform me of their hiring decision. The basically ghosted me even after I emailed twice for updates only to be told that they appreciated my patience and would keep me posted. I assume they did not find me to be the ideal candidate, even after meeting several members of the executive
team. I’m okay with that but the unorganized and unprofessional manner in which the hiring process was handled was very disappointing. I took it as a sign that it was not the place for me and that if the hiring process for an executive level was this poor, it could be reflective of a lack of process and ownership of results throughout the organization.
