Cyprus Air Heating and Cooling interview questions

Easy interview process that gives false hope of positivity and room for growth with the company. Everything changes after the first paycheck. Browbeaten, insulted and bullied on the daily. Told one thing one day and the opposite instructions the next day. Very fickle. Set you up to fail.

It was a quick and pretty easy process. Cyprus Air is family owned and the interview flowed well and the owner was easy to talk to. Depending if you are applying for HVAC or Fireplaces overall pretty average
