I applied to their open positions online on their website. So this was their process 1. Telephonic interview with the recruiter (HR Team) 2. Onsite Interview - 3 rounds The interview didn't ask me any programming questions at all. That was really weird. And then I get an email from the HR that they are not able to offer me a role. The role requires excessive programming skills which clearly I don't have! :-) It appears that the technical team could judge your programming skills just by speaking with you! I am amazed
