1st stage: brief phone call with HR 2nd stage: interview with hiring manager and 2 team members - very friendly and allowing me to learn as much about them and the job as they learned about me. 3rd stage: take home one-evening project. The vibes were good and there was mutual interest, so I took it. 4th stage: offer Would be nice people to work with, but I have shortly received a higher level role offer from another company.
