They left me in the reception area. After meeting the hiring team for an in person interview, I did not hear back. I then found the job listing posted again, so I applied again. I got another call to schedule and interview. I arrived 15 minutes early for this "second interview". The receptionist called to let them know I had arrived. After a long and awkward wait in the reception area, a hurried stressed out person came down to say they had an emergency meeting and would not be meeting with me. I offered to wait, but she told me there was no need. Rude.

The interview process as a whole was pretty easy with very basic questions. They are interested in your availability. Also, to have some understanding of credit unions. If you’ve worked in this industry then it should be fairly easy to go through the interview process.

Interview process is average , first you get a call back to set up interview. For me it was one interview with both the branch manager and lead MSR. They ask average interview questions to get an idea of you. If they want you , you can expect a call back within a week
