Three-pronged Interview Process:
1 - Take a computer assessment
2 - Panel Interview with a set of written out questions you can review beforehand for 5 minutes.
3 - Final interview with executives.

Interview
Very easy interview process. They just want to know if you can work well with others and have good communication skills. Interviewer just wants to get to know you and previous customer service experience helps

What would you do if someone was upset about their paperwork?
Easy process, all you have to do is got to the class and study like a student. It will take you all semester but it is cool and easy. Don't worry too much about it.
