What I Liked:
The team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and human.
Even though I’m onboarding remotely, I still had the chance to meet many team members and leaders. The atmosphere is positive, communication is transparent, and my role was explained clearly. Onboarding calls were well structured, and the presentations made it easy to follow the process.
What Could Be Improved:
I will need hands-on experience before I can fully evaluate this.
Work Environment & Culture:
Very strong. The culture matches what was presented during interviews, a supportive, positive, and approachable team.
Management:
Transparent and well prepared. The onboarding felt coordinated, and expectations were communicated clearly.
Work–Life Balance:
Feels very healthy. Reasonable expectations. I will need hands-on experience before I can fully evaluate this.
Overall Impression:
A very positive first week with a welcoming environment and a culture that values people.
