I applied online. I interviewed at Curve Analytics in Mar 2026
Interview
I applied online and completed a first‑round interview with someone from the People team. During that call, I was told I needed to complete a task, which would determine whether I progressed to the second round. It took almost a month to hear back, despite being told the task would be used to make a quick decision.
I was eventually invited to a second interview, where I had 10 minutes to present the task and then answer competency‑based questions. I was told I would receive an update within a week. It has now been a month with no communication at all.
The process was slow, disorganised, and lacked basic respect for candidates’ time. Based on this experience, this is not a company I would want to work for.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Curve Analytics in Mar 2026
Interview
First round interview with people team. They asked about my experience and some competency questions. After that they send a case study that they give a week to do. IRS very open and they ask you to source your own data on a topic. The issue is that if you don’t have access to the right tools- it’s difficult to actually really get a full understanding of the data volumes on the topics. I do really think they expect you to spend at least 5 days on the case study which is wild. I wasn’t going to do that so did not progress to the next stage.

Interview
The interview process consisted of an HR screening call. Following this discussion, I was not progressed to the next stage as my background in data analytics was not considered the right fit for the role at this time.
