3 interviews basically the same each time. Standard stuff mostly but kept going back to 'on call' availability. Pushing for availability 7 days a week. Ridiculous plan to be available 8am - 10pm but only regular days pay. No overtime, no on-call payment. In between jobs is your own time and unpaid.
