Simple and straight forward - kept informed through each step. Altogether it was 3 weeks from first contact to acceptance. First step was a group interview and then a 2nd stage interview with 3 exercises; Roleplay, Prioritisation task and Competency. Straight forward with alot about personal experience - interviewers were the most personable i've had with alot of interest. Good experience.
