Applied and had a call with the recruiter. He moved me forward to meet with the Marketing Director. I had very positive signals from both. Two weeks go by and they don't send an update, so I follow up with an email to check on the hiring process. Still no reply. I send another follow-up email the week after. No reply.
Then I check Curative's GlassDoor Interview Reviews and I find that the position had already been filled by someone else.
Terrible communication, no transparency on the recruiting process, and completely ghosted me. If you're going to reject a candidate, at least let them know out of respect for the time and effort they took to meet with you. I'm very disappointed.

zoom interviews, first were phone interviews with HR then interviews with level 1 manager, level 2 manager, then R&D people. Then offer from HR. Interviews were standard, what is your work process, what do you like the best, etc...

Interview
Fast, first with HR recruiter then hiring manager and afterwards, three others. I had to select times for one of the interviewers. She cancelled and I had to reschedule with her. Overall it was easy and conducted via Zoom.
