Approached the company at a Career Fair and talked with them about the company. Even though colleagues were interviewed at the fair, I was just instructed to submit my resume again and a reminder email to the recruiter.

What are your experience and why you want to work for this company?
Phone screening round followed by two virtual rounds (mostly behavioral). The virtual rounds mostly were around the values of Cummins and they were situational based questions. Questions involved tell me about situations mostly diversity, teamwork, and collaboration.
