I applied through campus career fair. The process took three months. The first interview was on-campus behavioral interview in early September. All general questions about your background, your resume, and why you choose Cummins. The second one was a phone call from a director of supply chain in early December. No real technical questions. People there are very friendly and helpful.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cummins (Miami, FL) in Nov 2021

2 step process. One interview was behavioral other was technical. Everyone was very helpful and was very willing to explain and explore their careers. Also explained how you can move up in ranks within the company.

A phone interview was conducted after I received an invitation for an interview. I think the interview question is not hard, HR just want to know your personality and dose your value is matched with Cummins.
