Very thorough. They pride themselves on having a diverse and well-rounded employee base and they deliver on that. Spent a lot of effort trying to find the right fit. Two rounds at least of interviewing. Not much technical but a lot of behavioral interviewing. Very laid back and they just want to get to know you. There's a culture that they want to make sure everyone can embrace
