friendly and relaxed, had an informal one with a recruiter first and then one with the team I would join. normal interview questions that you can expect from any initial screening. interview with team was chill and relaxed too, it was more of a get to know

Initial application- includes adding your CV/cover letter and adding basic details Korn ferry assessment- well known online assessment done by a third party Interview on call- a call from HR to ask about your experience and a small technical question Assessment centre- comprised of giving a presentation about yourself and why Cummins and then a 1 hour interview with 2 current engineers. Plenty of time to ask questions about the company as well.

I was invited to do an online interview for the placement role. Unfortunately I did not get the role because I didn't have all the skills that the company were looking for. My advice is to gain as many skills from work experience or volunteering as possible to be able to respond confidently to different scenarios they give.
