there is hr and technical round.first they shortlist students from hr round and that they conducted technical round.three people panel is taking the tech interview.technical round is based on resume and they asked questions related to control systems,machines and auestions related to proects and in which ield you are willing to work.

Interview
Asked why Cummins and if you faced any difficult tasks in projects and how did you handle them. If you ever worked in a diverse group and if so how was it?
It was standard project based interview which was after an aptitude assesment and pyschometric analysis. Aptitude test can be followed through if you have a good grab at CAT assessments and rest of it is depends on your personality and confidence to make them realise you are a perfect candidate
