On campus interview. I apply online through our school's website, and got an email to inform me that I have an interview need to be schedule. There are two young women interviewed me, and one asked questions from a question-list, the other one took record.

went to the Career Fair and filled the online application. heard back from th em next week for an on-campus interview. there were 2 people interviewing me for the first round which was behavioral
Met with recruiter on campus, later that afternoon was called to interview the next day. All questions were behavioral and basic like "Why do you want this role at Cummins?"
