Interview
Started with a 30 minute on campus interview. Once you make it through that you do a 3 hour interview in Columbus corporate office with 6 leaders within the finance and accounting org. Many are behavioral type questions (how would you handle a difficult situation with a coworker, how do you handle multiple tasks, etc) with a few technical questions about accounting (difference between accrual versus cash Babis accounting).

How would you handle a manager who is asking you to do something you're not comfortable doing, like being dishonest about numbers being reported?
Applied online. They scheduled a face to face interview with me, I made it through, I then had to do an online assessment (psychometric) it was quite challenging. Great experience overall and lovely hiring managers

applied through on-campus recruiting process. had a first round interview on campus. had two interviewers , one of whom asked interview questions and the other made notes about my interview answers. The questions asked to interviewees were identical in order to be fair. didn't make it to the second round interview.

Interview
Most FDP candidate are selected from interns. You need a separate interview if you want to get into the program. Most questions are behavioral based. There are two back to back interviews with two interviewers in each one.
