Interview
The interviewer panels consisted of two people with heavy accents. They were very difficult to understand. I was read generic interview questions by one person and the second person would ask the same question but use my words to ask the same question. These people were very unprepared and also unprofessional. One of the panelists literally told me my answer to the question was wrong and it’s not what I meant. I politely replied by stating it is the same answer I gave the panelist and they agreed it was a good answer. The other panelist said ok yes ok and continued to ask the exact same question as the other panelist. I politely said the answer is similar to my original reply but I will explain it in more detail.
I understand why the position has not been filled and I am glad this experience was given to me to. I learned how to avoid conflict when someone that knows me for 5 minutes disagrees with me for the entire interview.

How do you avoid conflict with an issue and give me examples?
I had two rounds of teleconferences with HR and the hiring manager and followed by face-to-face interview with hiring manager and his peers. Lastly HR connected with me the compensation details and offer letter.

Set up by a staffing company. Interviewer had already decided, as I found out later. Got very little information as the senior manager doing the interview had no clue where he was going to start with the project he was taking me on.

Only relevant question was about another client and what I had done that was similar to the project I was interviewing for. Interviewer was learning from me during the interview.
