invited to face to face interview (with relaxed 5min presentation), then factory tour then offered the job a couple days later.
Everyone was very nice and made you feel very relaxed and at ease.

Easy, mostly real world experience questions. Be prepared to think back to many group projects you've had. Said I would get a callback and never did, even after a followup.

Good interview process. Did not make it past the first interview. Very basic questions in the first interview, I just was not prepared well. Seemed like a boring place to work.
