Pretty easy interview. Mainly personality questions and basic interview questions such as "tell me a time you had to be a leader", "when have you had to work in a diverse environment".
During the interview, you will be tested how well you are using Excel on the spot. You will be given an Excel worksheet and required to perform some Excel functions, for e.g how you extract data ...

I went through a HR consultant. Online inverview was scheduled in 2 days. Got a selection call within an hour. However, the joining process was lengthy and took a month and a half.

Not a bad process. Met with me on my campus and did a fairly simple behavioral interview. Interview as a whole took about a half hour, they were interviewing lots of people. First round of two total.
