I applied online. I interviewed at Cummins (Naberezhnyy, Tatarstan) in May 2013
Interview
over stressed interview with non ethical questions and ineptness grins over the previous job experience, lack of knowledge in the required field position, but at the same time tried to show that they were aware of the processes in this field
It was a good experience, and I enjoyed travelling to their factory. They reimbursed the travel and hotel stay costs. The safety standards are good at the manufacturing facility, and it was a very multinational environment.
1) Contacted by recruiter, 2) 30-minute phone screen, 3) Interview with Hiring Manager, 4) On-site panel interview.
Overall terrible experience: I was scheduled for an onsite interview with the hiring manager but then it changed to a virtual meeting with less than a 24hr notice. The Job description did not match the actual responsibilities of the position. The Manager talked like he was a know-it-all, did not ask if I had any questions, and abruptly ended the interview saying he has another meeting. Red flags of a toxic manager.
