Had a phone interview with HR as the first step. Then followed by phone interview with hiring manager. Later on I was called for an on-site interview where I went through 4 series of face to face interviews with the future team members, hiring manager and HR. Result was communicated within 2 weeks of the interview
interview with hiring manager on Mechanical engineering fundamentals, basic heat and mass transfer problems, easy interview as long as you know the fundamentals. HR round is also easy covering basic information - pay, location, etc.
