Cummins Financial Development Programmer interview questions

The process consisted of a phone interview and then an assessment centre with a final interview at the end of the day. The phone interview lasted about 5 minutes and was very easy, had to prepare a 20 min presentation for the assessment centre which was also not too bad. Also a short excel task which wasn't too taxing. Final interview was much more testing.
