Crown Castle RPA Engineer interview questions

Had 3 rounds 1 - with manager 2 - technical 3- RPA Panel interview There was no proper response from HR after each round. i had to follow up for a number of times to get feedback. After 3rd round i continuously asked for feedback for a month and after that he informed that position went on hold due to budget. Not sure why they put so much hopes and please dont give false hopes to job seekers
