Interview
You have a phone screen with an HR rep, and if you pass this, you will move on to the manager interview. Some positions skip straight to the panel interview for finalists instead of the hiring manager only. These Will always be SAR questions. If you make it past this round, be prepared for a Case Study that you will need to present to the panel.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Crown Castle (Chicago, IL) in May 2024
Interview
1 round interview. I interviewed on Tuesday or Wednesday and got the offer Friday. But it really depends who you interview with. Just verify the process with the person you're interviewing with. The person that interviewed me wasn't my manager or even his manager manger. But he was pretty chill and non traditional. I think that's really why I got the offer and not the other 2 candidates
