Interview
Extremely long - 6-7 steps and they take 2-3 weeks at least after each step. Then background check of another 6-8 weeks(!) This is not a place for you if you're not privilged with money to last for a very long time.

HR went through every single resume line and for each company kept on asking why I left and what exactly happened and didn't move on.
In addition, HR person was so dismissive it was almost pathetic how he tried to make me feel bad for some reason.
