Crosstree Capital Partners interview questions

Straightforward interview process. Very typical of a summer analyst interview asking tell me about yourself, why Crosstree, why banking, why Tampa, etc. Looking for people who fit the culture and show that they are interested in banking

Interviewed with person from HR. I walked through my resume and background then had basic questions about teamwork and logistics of job and stuff like that. I followed up after a couple weeks of not hearing back and was ghosted by HR. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion but that's just my two cents.
