My interview was with a managing partner and a senior partner. It started formal with the usual etquites but once the formalites were done, a more casual conversation which put my mind at ease.

Made me feel at ease, asked the usual questions of “what are your strengths/weaknesses”
Only asked a few questions and talked a lot about the company and what they do with team events etc
