HR reached out to me via phone call and text within 48 hours of submitting my resume and application. Interview consisted of myself and 3 pertinent team leaders along with HR. The interview was pretty standard and felt more like a conversation than an interrogation. Ultimately, you aren't selected based on your qualifications but rather who you know. If someone doesn't like you within the organization, then you simply won't be hired.
