I applied online and was invited to an interview via Teams a couple of months later - they did apologise for the delay in responding to my application. The interview itself was fairly standard but I was never contacted again with any outcome or update which is rude and unprofessional. I was extremely busy with work when I agreed to this interview but made it work with my schedule. I now regret going out of my way to do this. The delay in contacting me after the application should have been a red flag and I’ll take this on board going forward. Hopefully sharing this experience will prevent someone else wasting their time!
