Brilliant stepping stone role. Offers amazing exposure to senior level operations and global insights. Very nice people to work with in the company. Senior leadership listen and are open to new ideas. Nice office space. Really nice culture.

Low team turnover, meaning a stable, professional team with deep knowledge and high levels of trust built up over many years of experience. Generous leave, plus good commission if you are willing to perform and excel. If you want to know what makes leadership tick or not tick this is where you get the inside track!

Cons

You are dealing with senior level executives that have complex issues that you have to respond to with speed and professionalism. It’s not for the faint hearted. There’s a mantra of 24 hr turnaround, which can be demanding.
