Veteran career coach and hiring manager Amanda Augustine can assure you that interviewers can usually tell when a candidate is saying what they think that person wants to hear, rather than saying something that’s truthful and genuine.
The interview process was very informative and interactive! It was a panel interview and I learned a lot about the company. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed that the company not only stood for progressive causes but actually showed it by their actions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Credo Mobile in May 2019
Interview
The interview process was super weird. I had one video interview and then a rejection letter two weeks later stating they’d keep my application open in case they decide to not move forward with other candidates, what makes you think someone would want to get a job that badly here that they would take a position after not making the first round? The pay was not great for a manager position either. They then followed up a month later with another rejection letter, which is just confusing, not sure why they felt the need to send two.
