Credit Saison India interview questions

The interview process was not handled well at all. My first round was rescheduled twice, and even after multiple follow-ups, HR only got back to me after a week. For the second round, I was told over phone that it would be held the next day, but no invite or email was ever sent. I tried contacting HR multiple times, but received no response. It felt like candidates’ time was not respected, and the lack of clarity caused unnecessary stress. The HR team seriously needs to improve communication and coordination.

2 rounds with senior people from Engineering team. No professional with HR. HR scheduled interview in hurry but never shared any update even after multiple reminder. HR just ghosted after showing urgency. I had good vibes from company but process was disappointing.
