Interview process was easy. 2 stage process that focused on people skills. The focus was on whether I could fix a gap and be present as a manager. The interview also focused on addressing performance gaps as this was a client-driven revenue based industry.
Straight forward process with limited hoops to jump through. Explained the job and expectations in a clear and understandable way. The interviews are also conducted online rather than in person.

I recently had a job interview for a Customer Service Officer at CCG, The first part was with HR, where they asked about my background and why I applied. The next part was with the manager, who asked more about how I handle certain situations at work. I tried to be honest and clear with my answers. I also asked a few questions about the team and what the job is like. It went well, and I learned a lot from the experience.
