I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Credit Acceptance (Southfield, MI) in Jul 2018
Interview
The interview process was smooth. Everything went well. There were quite a few different rounds that I had to go through for interviewing. They brought in different managers to listen in on one prospect. That was a little intimidating but it went well non the less.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Situational Questions. Being able to articulate what you would do in a bad situation
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Credit Acceptance (Southfield, MI) in Sep 2020
Interview
-Phone screening via HR
-Secondary interview with HR
-Online assessment (2). One is a personality assessment with brain teasers and the other is a call center simulation
-Final interview with a panel of supervisors. There is a walk through your resume, followed by each supervisor taking turns asking you situational questions (which require the STAR response method), and finalized with a role-play that simulates a probable scenario in this role. As the reviews suggest the supervisors are not very personable. It appears as if they aren't even paying attention to you, no type of interaction. They just read the questions and record your responses.
What skills do you think are required for this role? What are they and give me examples of when you implemented each skill in your current or previous role.
