Interviewed with Director of Ops then with the CEO. Both in person interviews. The one with CEO was very short like 5 minutes. The other was about 30 minutes. I was able to as the Director of Ops a lot of questions about the role and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Process was convenient and worked with my current, at the time, job schedule to interview in person. I met the Operations Director and he was very welcoming and kind. Jeff Aleshire is very nice. Then I had an interview with Peter, himself. Such an overall good man that cares about his company with passion and truly cares about his employees. Happy employees = Happy results with his business
