Interview
Initial call by phone with a HR.
Then, c++ test. If you were successful, call with a team, some simple questions about c++ and development in general. Code review task at the next stage.
For the first stage directly sending C++ quiz, you have about 2 hours to complete overall difficult test with advanced language, patters and problem solving questions. Overall must say it is difficult but reasonable test.
