It took around 30 minutes. There were three people on the panel. The questions were mostly general, but there were some technical ones as well. One person also asked HR-style questions, such as “What are your strengths?” and “What are your weaknesses?”

Question 1
I was interviewing for a fracture mechanics position, and I was asked: “What is the J-integral, and what does it show?”
It was a standard interview with several situation and/or experience based questions. There was also a basic administration type competency test to complete. The interview was with two managers who were both very pleasant and encouraging.
Friendly and Informative. Know your stuff. Research and Prepare to answer questions. also prepare questions about the position and what will be expected of you. Dress appropriately . Dont be late
