Incredibly easy process. I went in, and the hiring manager was amiable and upfront. No experience nor resume is needed. They ask about your experience in customer service, if you don't have any that's not a big deal. Most people hired are highschoolers or older men and women.

I was seated at a table and told to wait on the manager. It was just a few minutes and she came over and asked me probably seven questions. they mostly pertain to my restaurant experience what job I held previously things of that nature.

Quick conversation about my experience - I had none. Ended abruptly when the manager needed to return to the kitchen. I got a call roughly two weeks later. I would not work there again.
Super easy and quick basic behavioral questions and customer service questions. So easy for a high school student to start out and work multiple jobs for a great company that has managers that care for you and your success
