Cox Engineering interview questions

I typically don't write these, but I found this experience distasteful. I was told by a recruiter that my resume was such a match, they wanted to forego the initial interview and move to the "personality assessment" where they have you choose words with positive or negative connotations in how they relate to yourself and your prospective job. I was rejected based on this list of adjectives, and never given an actual interview, even though I was very much qualified for the position, as they had already acknowledged by foregoing the initial interview. Do with this what you will, potential applicants. I was speechless to say the least.

I went in and spoke to them they talked a lot about personality and it seemed like they want you to have a good idea of how you think and act.
