Applied online, they called two weeks later and essentially asked when I could start and if my availability was open. They had me send files of my certifications and fill out some info online.

Do you have a pulse and can you work whenever we ask you to?
Interview was conducted all over the phone. Seemed to hire anyone that had open availability but made sense at the time due to high demand in Covid screenings. A recruiter talked on the phone with me and asked if I had all my certifications and that I would have a set schedule.

Interview
Screening phone calls from someone working from home. A few days later a call was set up by the previous screener. That call was transferred to the hiring manager.
The screener was quite polite, the hiring manager, not so much.
