The process was fairly straightforward for this role — a call with a recruiter, a hiring manager interview, and a panel interview. All rounds were mostly behavioral in nature, with questions around my management experience. The team members I met with were friendly and it seemed like it went well. After the panel round, I didn’t hear back for almost 3 weeks. I tried following up multiple times. When they responded, they mentioned that they decided to extend an offer to another candidate who was a former colleague.
