Interview
The interview was quick and easy. Started with a tour and ended with some light conversation. They are very desperate for staff. The living situation is pretty bad for residents, not enough towels or wash clothes, a super high patient to CNA ratio (as stated by management). Their only selling point was that they apparently have good coworkers.

Interview
From my personal experience I had one phone interview and it consisted of my work experience , if I was to commute to work. But as of recently I’ve noticed more in person and it’s just one interview step.
