Covata interview questions

Process was fairly simple. I was asked to provide a solution to an exercise. Good thing was I could solve it offline. My solution was accepted by Covata's senior development team and was invited to the interview. Interview was fairly routine. I was asked to explain the rational behind the design decisions I made for the exercise, some general technical questions. Then I was invited to come in and meet he product manager and the architect there followed by formal job offer.

Initial screening, followed by a 3 hour long interview. The interview was distributed in three sections; 1) Pair Programming. 2) Technical Interview (discussion) 3) Cultural/behavioral interview. 15 minutes for the discussion with the HR, followed by a programming assignment (Mars Rover) to understand the code/problem. Then a senior resource sat down to inspect how I make some changes in the code. After this pair-programming, two more guys joined for the technical interview.
